Foot Steps & Waterfalls

The 54 tiles making up this work were made by taking clay pressings at 16 waterfall sites throughout the state of Minnesota. Each clay pressing was then turned into a foundry mold and cast into metal. The work fossilizes a moment in time from each waterfall, they document a natural resource that is declining each year. A map is typically included with this work.
