The 21st annual event patch is a nod to the memories we hope to leave behind while making new memories with friends through art processes.
The Iron Farmer story came about from inspirations of our founders both growing up on family farms. Although the family farmer legacy has diminished significantly since their upbringing, they are passionate to recreate that experience through this event.
As a feature of every single event, Kelly’s dad certainly had a hand in creating the culture of the Down on the Farm Iron Pour. We lost Ron earlier this year so wanted to honor him through the I-Ron Legacy title of this patch while leaning into a theme for this year of remembering those that got us here while also continuing to build our own individual + collective legacies.
