TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Down on the Farm Iron Pour (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our website, making a purchase, or participating in our programs or events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. About Down on the Farm Iron Pour
We are an artist-led, community-driven foundry experience based in rural Iowa. For over twenty years, we’ve gathered artists, families, and friends to pour molten iron, share meals, and celebrate creative transformation.
Our website provides information about our events, the Iron Farmers Market, our Legacy Program, and other offerings designed to sustain this living tradition.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site.

Misuse forms or comment areas for solicitation or unrelated promotion.
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to our website at any time if these Terms are violated.

You release Down on the Farm Iron Pour, its hosts, staff, and volunteers from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

5. Refunds & Transfers
All registrations and contributions to the Down on the Farm Iron Pour are non-refundable. Funds collected are used immediately to secure tents, trailers, vendors, materials, and other essential elements that make the event possible.
We understand that life happens, and we’re committed to ensuring the value of your contribution is not lost. If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to provide an equally valued experience—such as holding your spot for the following year’s event or offering participation in another workshop, class, or experience through our parent companies, KRL Metals Art Studio or Ludeking Legacy.
Your support helps us sustain the shared vision of creativity, safety, and community that the Iron Pour embodies. Thank you for being part of this living legacy.
6. Legacy Program Contributions
Contributions made toward the Legacy Program are considered gifts to support the restoration and development of the Down on the Farm barn and its community initiatives.
While we deeply honor and recognize our Legacy Founders and Supporters, these contributions are not tax-deductible donations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each Legacy tier may include recognition, participation opportunities, or invitations to future events. Details are available on the Legacy Program page.
