Legacy Program Contribution Terms & Conditions
Thank you for supporting Phase One, the Barn Legacy Program at Down on the Farm Iron Pour. By contributing at one of our Legacy Tiers, you are helping restore a 90-year-old barn into a living, breathing space for art, safety, community, and legacy-building.
Please review the following terms that govern your participation:
1. Nature of Contribution
Your contribution is not a charitable donation.
Instead, it is a payment for experience-based offerings and acknowledgment within the Down on the Farm Iron Pour legacy. Much like the early days of microbrewery fundraising, your tiered contribution grants you access to special experiences, gatherings, and acknowledgments that are exclusive to legacy supporters.
You are investing in the story of this place—and in your own place within it.
2. Legacy Tier Benefits
Each tier outlines the experiences and recognition you will receive. These may include:
Invitations to private barn dinners and gatherings
Special access during Iron Pour weekends
Your name or family/farm name listed on permanent or semi-permanent acknowledgments
Early registration access, merch, or commemorative items
Tier benefits are delivered as outlined, though details (dates, formats, guest limits, etc.) may shift based on weather, project timeline, or other farm-related realities. We’ll keep you informed and in the loop.
3. Non-Refundable Contributions
All contributions are final and non-refundable.
We deeply honor your financial trust and will use your support to cover immediate and tangible needs in barn restoration, including but not limited to:
Materials (e.g., siding, primer, floorboards)
Equipment rental (e.g., boom lift for the 60’ peak)
Structural labor and safety improvements
4. Timeline & Communication
Phase One of the barn restoration is already in motion - this phase is also referred to as the Barn Legacy Program or Barn Legacy Phase. We will share updates via email and/or social media so you can follow the transformation your support is making possible.
If your tier includes attendance at a future event or gathering, you will receive invitations or registration links at least 30 days in advance, whenever possible. All experience packages must be redeemed or scheduled by December 31, 2028, unless otherwise noted. After that date, unredeemed packages may be forfeited or subject to rescheduling based on availability and farm operations.
For top-tier supporters at the $10,000 and $5,000 levels:
The private event experience (up to 50 guests) will be available to redeem within five (5) years from the date the barn is deemed “event-ready” for gatherings. We’ll notify all eligible contributors once the barn meets that threshold, and work closely with you to coordinate your event in alignment with our calendar and seasonality.
If unforeseen circumstances delay the barn’s readiness beyond our expected timeline, we will offer reasonable extensions or equivalent legacy experiences in alignment with your tier.
5. Your Role in the Legacy
By contributing, you become part of a lineage of builders, pourers, and dreamers who make this event and place possible.
You’re not just helping restore a barn.
You’re enshrining a spirit, ensuring that future generations can gather safely in a space built by many hands, hearts, and visions.
If you have any questions about your tier or would like to explore additional sponsorship or in-kind contributions, please reach out to us directly at [insert contact email or form link].
Thank you for being in it with us.
